pjespjes.com is an independent PC hardware comparison and research service that exists to promote price transparency for consumers in Kosovo. We collect and display publicly accessible factual product listing data from third-party Kosovo retailers so users can compare parts, prices, and availability in one place.

We are not a retailer, marketplace, checkout provider, fulfillment agent, or purchasing representative. Transactions happen on the source store's own website, not on pjespjes.com. All purchase links direct users to the original store pages.

Community-purpose and plain-language notice

pjespjes.com is currently presented as a free, community-oriented comparison and research service built to help Kosovo PC buyers and builders compare hardware offers in one place.

We do not process checkout for source-store purchases and we do not present ourselves as a source-store partner, purchasing agent, or official feed provider. These terms explain how pjespjes.com itself works. They do not replace, waive, narrow, or override any source store's own terms, robots.txt rules, privacy notice, intellectual-property rights, or objection process.

Named source stores

Our current public source-store set includes 15 named stores: 75Mall, Gjirafa50, Foleja, EGSKS, KosovaMall, Infotech KS, Point Computers, Startech24, Betatech KS, Butonks, Macintoks, PRO iT KS, Winks, XitoShop, and Gorilla Mall.

This source list may change over time. We may add, limit, suspend, or remove a source store or a specific type of source content if policies change, access becomes unreliable, or a source store objects to how its public listing data is displayed.

Source-site terms and restrictions

Each source store operates under its own terms of use, privacy notice, intellectual-property rules, and robots.txt instructions. Those source-site rules apply independently to the source site and may change without notice.

pjespjes.com does not claim that a source site endorses, sponsors, partners with, or is affiliated with this service. We aim to review source restrictions periodically, respond to objections in good faith, and limit or remove source content when needed. Nothing on this page should be read as a claim of blanket authorization over third-party store content or a statement that a source store has waived its own rules.

What source content we show

We display publicly accessible factual listing metadata such as product names, prices, discount signals, stock or availability signals, specification fields, product links, store names, and image references associated with store listings.

Some listing images may be displayed directly from a source store or proxied through our service for technical reliability. Images are not permanently stored by us. Product details can change quickly on source sites, and some source content may be incomplete, stale, removed, or unavailable at any time.

How we collect source data

We periodically collect publicly accessible factual listing metadata from source store websites. This process gathers factual data such as prices, product names, availability signals, and technical specifications. Under Kosovo and EU law, factual data such as prices and product names is not protected by copyright.

We do not collect personal data from source stores. The information collected consists exclusively of factual product listing metadata.

We respect reasonable requests from source stores regarding how their publicly available data is accessed. If a source store has concerns, they may contact us and we will address them in good faith.

Accuracy and availability

Store prices, stock signals, images, descriptions, and specifications are pulled from third-party sources on a rolling basis. There may be delays, parsing errors, category mismatches, broken images, or differences between what we show and what a store shows at the moment you visit it.

The source stores themselves acknowledge that their prices, descriptions, and specifications may contain errors and may change without notice. We make no additional guarantees beyond what the source stores themselves guarantee.

Always verify the current listing, price, availability, warranty, shipping, and final checkout terms on the source store's own website before buying anything. We are not responsible for differences between our comparison view and the source store's live checkout or product page.

AI features

pjespjes.com includes an optional AI chat feature that helps users with PC build recommendations. AI responses are suggestive and do not replace personal research. AI recommendations are based on available catalog data and may not reflect current stock or pricing.

Chat messages are processed by third-party AI model providers. Chat threads may be retained for 90 days. Refer to our privacy policy for details on AI data processing.

Anti-abuse and access controls

To protect the service and the source stores, we use anti-abuse controls including:

• Cloudflare Turnstile verification: browser verification before loading the parts catalog
• Browser proof: session validation based on IP, user agent, and language signals
• Rate limiting: per-endpoint request limits to prevent abuse
• Session fingerprinting: catalog session fingerprints for access control

These controls exist to prevent misuse of the service and to respect source store resources. They do not collect personal data beyond what is described in our privacy policy.

No affiliation and no transfer of source rights

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as representatives of any listed store. Displaying third-party store information on pjespjes.com does not transfer any ownership or license in that source content to you.

Third-party brand names, product names, store names, logos, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their use here is strictly for identification and informational purposes under principles of fair use of factual data and does not imply endorsement.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right to reuse source-store content taken from pjespjes.com in bulk, to mirror the service, or to imply endorsement by a source store or manufacturer.

Allowed use of pjespjes.com

You may use pjespjes.com for personal or internal research about PC parts and store offers. You may not:

• scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract this site in bulk
• interfere with normal operation or attempt unauthorized access
• republish our aggregated output in a way that infringes source-store rights or misrepresents source listings
• use the service to impersonate, spam, or mislead source stores or other users

Takedown and source-store requests

If you are a source store, rights holder, or authorized representative and you believe specific source content should be corrected, limited, or removed, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Source Content / Takedown Request."

Please include the store name, affected URL or product, the reason for the request, and any supporting context. We will acknowledge requests within 5 business days and will limit or remove content while we review the request. We may request verification before taking final action.

We maintain an internal log of all takedown requests with timestamps and resolution notes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Kosovo law:

pjespjes.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• pricing errors or mismatches between our site and source stores
• product availability, quality, or warranty issues
• damages from reliance on displayed information without verifying directly with the source store
• delivery, shipping, or payment issues with source stores

Our service displays factual listing metadata for comparison purposes only. Responsibility for any purchase transaction rests exclusively with the buyer and the source store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, including the Law on Consumer Protection (Nr. 06/L-034), the Law on Personal Data Protection (Nr. 06/L-082), the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, and other applicable legislation. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Kosovo.

No warranty

pjespjes.com is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material update, we will change the last-updated date on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
